Molino El Sotillo is much more than a rural house: it is the dream come true of our father, José María -or "Ventura", as he was affectionately called by all those who knew him-. A lover of nature, fishing and the quiet life of the countryside, he spent years restoring this old flour mill with his own hands, respecting its essence and giving it back all its beauty.

For some time now, we - Mario and Pablo Pastor - have been following his legacy and looking after this place with all the love in the world. Little by little we have been improving it, keeping the spirit of Ventura alive and adapting it so that every guest feels at home.

The river that crosses it, the natural environment that surrounds it and the history that every corner breathes make this place a very special refuge. We hope that here you will find the peace and connection that our father valued so much.
